I spent the first 6 months of 2021 working on this commission and it’s finally done. I’m pleased to present the second in my all-fabric series, “Collision II: the Void”.

I started this painting earlier this year just as the pandemic was hitting and things were beginning to lock down. Thankfully, I had been down in LA a few months before where I was able to collaborate with some excellent filmmakers, Michael Garcia and Ryan Hogue, on a photoshoot with the lovely Alina Lee.

First, I hope this finds you healthy. This year has been...a challenge. It's hard enough staying healthy amidst a pandemic in a time of extreme political polarization, Fox news, and social media -- but being locked up since March has been mentally tough on everybody.  

Finally ready with the first of many forthcoming process videos. This one is sort of a test to make sure I can capture the entire painting process; from the sketch, to tinting the panel, to painting — as well a full tour of my palette.

Last week I had the pleasure of sitting down with Tom and Mike from “The Drop” for a little Zoom interview. I met these guys a few years ago at my show in New York when they made it over from Long Island in a literal Blizzard for the opening. Very Cool.

I have once again collaborated with 1xRUN for a special release to celebrate my new book. For the first time, we are releasing two timed limited edition prints at the same time, both bundled with a signed copy of the new book.

One of the most challenging parts of putting the book together was deciding which work to include. I didn’t actually realize the book would contain work from an even 10 years until we were months in.

The book is now officially out of pre-order and available.

I'm doing a very small run of prints of my new piece, "Verity". limited to only 22, each will be signed, numbered, and hand-embellished.
